DirectoryRX is operated by Talmudico. This notice describes the public directory. Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected].

Searching the directory

You can search without an account. Search URLs contain the therapy, ZIP code or city, insurance selection and distance you enter. These URLs may appear in your browser history and in the hosting provider's request logs. Use only the information needed to find a center, and do not put names or patient identifiers in a search.

The public app does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. We count page types, call and directions clicks, enquiries, and Core Web Vitals in first-party aggregate measurements for up to 90 days. These measurements do not include search terms, therapy selections, ZIP searches, visitor IP addresses or visitor identifiers. Private workspaces and search-result pageviews are excluded. Action counts never include search filters. A non-identifying referral category may be carried between site pages without cookies or visitor IDs. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honored. Office accounts use a necessary, secure session cookie. Searches are not saved in browser storage. Fonts and search data are served from this site. Our hosting provider handles network requests needed to deliver the site.

Email enquiries

Contact and office-access requests are stored in our database for the team to review. Account details, saved centers, verification history and form-download activity are available only to authorized users. Clerk provides account authentication when enabled, and processes the account information needed for sign-in. DirectoryRX controls approval, practice membership and access to directory records. You can also contact us by email. Your email provider processes that message, and our team uses it to respond to your enquiry or review a listing. Do not send patient information or clinical records. Contact us about access to or deletion of information you have emailed.

Listings and external sites

Business listings come from the CMS NPPES public registry and information confirmed with centers. Sponsor relationships are disclosed on the site. Directions and center website links open external services with their own privacy practices. Our pages use a no-referrer policy to avoid sending search URLs through outbound links.
